SMART released a new version of the Notebook software this past year. After testing and giving it some time to make sure all the bugs are out, I can safely say now is the time to upgrade. The new version (10) works pretty much just like the old one but does have some new enhancements. Most notably to me is the Magic Pen. I don’t know that I am very impressed with the “disappearing ink” part of the new pen but the zoom and spotlight features are a welcome addition.
If you are still using version 9.5 or 9.7 now is the time to download the new version. You will need the hardware serial number from your board and lucky for you I have added a video to explain not only how to download the new software but how to find that pesky code as well.
