  1. We would like to invite you to join us for the first Barcamp to be
held in Mobile to be held May 16th at the University of South Alabama,
with a social event the evening before at Baumhower’s Wings on Airport
    Blvd.

BarCamp is a collaborative conference, where experts, hobbyists and
technological enthusiasts gather together for a weekend of general
geekery. It is a chance to share and learn in an open environment, an
intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction.

You can participate in discussions, demo your projects, or create your
own event on topics such as open source software, security,
entrepreneurship, Twitter, mashups, mobile computing, bioinformatics,
social software, programming languages, the future of technology…
Topics are limited only by your imagination!

Barcamp is a non-profit event, and as such, admission is free, and
meals will be provided, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors. Wi-
fi will be provided by the university.

Space is limited, so check out http://www.barcampmobile.org for more
information, and then register at http://www.barcampmobile.org/register/

We look forward to seeing you there!
