This Jacob and Katlin. We’re slaves for Henry Armstrong. We don’t like our owner because he beats us with a whip if we don’t work fast enough when we work in the cotton fields from sunrise to sundown, and we get very little food. We are gonna try to wake up at 4:00 in the morning to run away from this plantation. Plese help!

When we were traveling Madi was very frightened and leo was very frightened also. when we arived our owner intruduced himself and his wife. his wifes name is rachel and the mans name is paul. he was nice to us and he was fair. it was like he was family. they never treated us badly.and we lived happily .THE END.

Joshau Baker is the name of my owner,and boy was he mean.He treated us like and was drunk. his home conditions were terible.Luckily we escaped and now we are free.

It was dark I could barly see anything. My famliy and me where all chanied up and ready to go.Our owner was greedy for money, so he sold us for $1,555. I am glad he sold us he always was mean to us. America was a big place. My family was scared but it was worth it.

one cold night the guards were off to a one slave named joe. so, me and my mother took a run for it and slipped into the woods and was on our way to Penslvania where free black men lived. We followed the north star but every once in a while i would have a concussion. Then, all the sudden we heard the guards run after us and my dad said to me “stay here while i distract the guaurds” and i stayed there waiting but he never returned. I followed the north star and then it happened. I had a concussion and when i woke up, the guards were right there!

once there was a slave owner named Mikel. Who set his slave ryan go and did it. So the slave found man nammed tyler. Who told the slave boy where to go. and lived his hole life tring to find a home. Ryan did this till he died and did not do it.

Once there was a very nice owner in the 1800 she would all ways give you what you want .and would get me toys for christmas. She let me sleep in her bed and she sleeps on the couch .she would let me play take breaks and watch tv all day if i wanted to but she would make me work some days i atleast earned 60 dollars a day.

My name is Shelly and I am slave from kentucky in the 1800’s. My slave owner’s name is Bob Johnson . He is not really a nice owner either he beets me twice a day and when I do something wrong he beets me some more.

Once there was a Slave named ian and there was a man named John. John bught ian for 15$. John tok good care of ian he payed ian 4$ an hour. John let ian sit at the tadle and eat. one day john went to the market and bought a nother slave named carly and they both got treated good THE END.
