• Welcome to the INow Training and Support site.

    • What is INow?
Answer: INow is STI’s new, web-based student information system. It will replace STIOffice, STIClassroom, STIDistrict Workstation, Enrollment, STIHealth and STIHome.
    • When will we begin to use INow?
Answer: INow will be fully implemented for the 2011-12 school year.
    • Will training be provided?
Answer: Yes! The Software Support Team from IT Services is developing a training plan for all STI users based on their role (e.g. Administrators, Counselors, Registrars, Teachers, and Central Office Staff). The first phase of training will begin in April 2011. Timelines and details to be announced at a later time.
    • How will our scheduling be done for the 2011-12 school year?
Answer: Scheduling will be completed in the current version of STI (Legacy) and will be converted into INow during the final data conversion in July 2011.
    • What is the biggest difference between the current STI (Legacy) and INow?
Answer: INow uses a web interface and all of the “legacy” programs (Office, Classroom, and District) will be installed on one centralized server. You will connect to INow across our wide area network (WAN).
    • What steps can we take now to prepare for conversion to INow?
Answer: Please read all information coming from IT Services regarding data preparation and upcoming trainings. We highly encourage all users to attend the appropriate training sessions that relate to their job duties. Communication will be vital during this conversion effort. Timelines must be strictly adhered to in order for conversion to take place prior to the start of school in August 2011.
