Even though this was only a four day week, we were able to move forward with our studies. I would like to thank all of my parents and students who came out to visit this past Thursday night during our Open House. It makes me very happy to see so many parents who are interested in their children’s lives. I wish there had been more time to visit with each family, but even if I did not get a chance to speak personally with you, I hope everyone was able to learn something new that they did not know prior to visiting our classroom. We will be picking up the pace a little more each week until we are at full speed. I ask that you continue to work each night with your child. I hope that everyone is reviewing their child’s Friday folder and using this information to gage how their child is doing and where he/she needs extra work. Hopefully I will be uploading some more photos early this next week so be sure to check back in to see what we have been up to here at school. Thanks again for everything you do for me and your child to ensure that we have the best school year possible.
