Welcome to Kindergarten Korner, Baldwin County’s site for Baldwin County kindergarten teachers to collaborate and share resources.
NOTICE: We have recently had to make some changes to the site that hosts out SMART and Promethean files. Since those files contain copy write material from book publishers and from United Streaming we had to limit the use to Baldwin County teachers only. If you are Baldwin County teacher who needs access please contact me at jking@bcbe.org This only applies to the Promethean and SMART board files. Anything on the Blog should be open for everyone.

This website is fantastic! It has everything you need to teach a lesson without flipping through th T.E. I will definately use this information this year and look forward to using it next year! I have been using Shelby County’s website: Kindergarten Kove. Thanks for all your hard work! Great Job!!!!

Shelley has created some awesome Smart activities. I am so impressed and grateful. I cannot wait to use these files with my class. I love the opportunity for all the wonderful Baldwin County Kindergarten teachers to collaborate our ideas. Thanks for starting this Shelley

I’ve also been using Shelby County’s website, Kindergarten Kove and have found it very useful. It’s great that Baldwin County is compiling our resources now.

Baldwin County Teachers who use the Promethean Interactive Whiteboard – I have just uploaded Unit 1.1 on the learn.bcbe website. I am finishing up the first week (The Little School Bus). I will also add AMSTI Investigations as soon as I complete Unit 1 activities. I have the newest editions of the SF Investigations.

Although I am not a Baldwin County teacher, is access allowed to the activities provided? This is our first year of Reading Street and anything would be helpful. Please advise so that I can inform my team of teachers who are always interested in great resources.
