“Wings” was a great story about a boy that was different from everyone else. How was he different? What did his friend do to make him smile? What did you learn from the story?

He was different because he had wings and everybody was making fun of him. And the speaker stood up for him and said stop. The speaker said you’re flying is beautiful to make him smile. Don’t judge people by their look. My friend Mr. Donie has half of his arm and we don’t judge him by his look. We may look different to him but he doesn’t judge us by our look either.
