Project Jubilee has been really fun lately. We have done Shakespear, optical illusions, and weaving!!! We are going on a field trip to see Shakespear’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” at Trojan Hall next week. Today, we finished up our coat of arms, worked on some optical illusions, and talked about Shakespear. We hope Mrs.Heald will allow us to start up class dojo again. For those who don’t remeber class dojo, it is everyone has a little avatar that looks like a monster. From then on Mrs.Heald can give our little monsters points for good behavior or, she could deduct points for negative behavior. Also, we are doing little projects with a different topic for each person. My topic is Leis Ericson and the war of the roses. We are allowed to show our facts with a video or a audio podcast. I think I will get a LiveBinder to store my information. We could also get a Prezi but, I prefer a LiveBinder. That’s all I have to say today!! Bye!!!!

We learned a lot about Australia! I’m abut to tell you a lot about Australia! Australia is a large place. Australia looks wierd; like the United States Up-side down. The weather in Australia is nice & warm. The capital of Australia is Canberra. Canberra became the capital of Australia in 1927 and is located in the Australian Capital Territory. Australian animals like kangaroos, koalas, and the Tasmanian devil. Are like the toughest animals in the world like the Tasmanian devil! The Tasmanian devil is a mean animal. It is mean animal to other animals. The Tasmanian devil is so mean and dangerous if it’s in a huge cage and you’re near the huge cage it will bite you seriously it will certainly bite any where! The Tasmanian devil is a meat eater. So if you live in Australia lock your doors!

   Hi, my name is Michael and I’m Mrs. Newton, Mrs. Henderson, and Mrs. Curington’s PJ blogger. My day at PJ started by preparing for class. Right after that we got out the hand helds.  I liked learning about Australia. One day I’d like to go see the Out Back (I fit in suitcases).  On my second day of PJ we did a little more on Australia. My favorite part of that day was talking about my person from the renaissance. My person’s name is Filipo Brunelleschi.  He was a famous artist, sculptor, and an architect. Here’s a little more he died at the age of 69 and was born in Florence, Italy.

In PJ this week are doing the Medieval person and event our teacher gave us. We had to research the person and learn their life, fiction or not. Our event was very important also. For our event we could have gotten a battle or an art piece. Most of our class, however didn’t finish our homework. So we had to go to the library and computer lab to do more reseach  and gather the homework they were already supposed to have done. This week has been a very interesting to find out more about an important person in the middle ages.

Last week in project jubilee we learned about Australia. We are going to do a presentation on a subject about Australia, like The Great Barrier Reef, Sydney, Kangaroos, etc. I’m doing mine on Sydney. We also did our other project which we will do on podcasts. A podcast is like a presentation but you don’t see anything you hear about the subject. It is on medieval times like knights, guilds, castles, or important people during that time. We are also about to start CSI. It is crime solving on the crime scene. We have tried logic puzzles just like we will do when we start.

We did tons of things this week! We started the day with Coat of Arms, then we went to the chess room, after lunch we talked about our homework witch was on mideval times we had to search on our assined peaple and bring them back the next week.

Hi my name is Lindsey. I love project jubilee because we do a lot of projects we get a lot of fun homework. Mrs. Heald has to do a lot of explaining to do to us 4^th graders. Mrs. Heald is really great at her job. She is the best project jubilee teacher ever. In Loper/Morris class, we have 12 students and 1 moved away. Our shields turned out great. I was the only one who did a lozenge in my group. We have a lot of fun games and activities we do. I love project jubilee and I always will.

this week, in PJ we worked on our Coat of Arms. Another thing we worked on was our Optical Illusions. Then, we started C.S.I worksheets. We even got to do the frist part of Miss Moneybags’s Case. On Thursday, we got in some chess for the day. We started to gather information to start out our podcasts. You can have many subjects such as, King Arthur, or Canute the Great. You get two things, an event and a person. The podcasts are supposed to be on mediveal times. That is what we did for Project Jubilee. What did you do?

So on the 5th of January we started out doing our 4 week over due coat of arms,which is a family thing from midevial times,but i was done aready so I helped someone else(also ms.heald called all the people that were not done + me,but i didnt feel like correcting here). After that ms.heald took out a bag with pieces with it and took a random one and gave it to me, “draw it bigger”thats what she said (hahaha). Next i drew it of course but I only did the top because i was still helping people with their coat of arms. So it kinda went the same till the end of project jublee, so I got my folder wrote all Good because “I WAS OF COURSE”and I showed it to Ms.Heald and she looked strait at it and I put it in my binder A.K.A folder,and she stopped me at the door and said I need to see your folder so it took like two min. to get my folder out and show it again, then put it back in my binder to finnaly I say Leave the class room to go back to my home room.
