Media Talks with Miss Elly Ed

We’ve got more. This time it’s  from the third quarter at the  WJC Library. 

After a long absence due to an automobile accident, Miss Elly Ed is back with a new look for her site and some interesting first semester activities from the WJ Carroll Intermediate School Library.  Take a look./>

We have great times in the media center where our podcast team is preparing another podcast and one of our parents is sharing his experiences with his daughter’s classmates who are also the creators of the our parade of Mardi Gras floats. Just listen!!

We’re back again with more interviews from members of our sixth grade class.  The students who have been practicing their interviewing skills will be moving up to audio editing and producing. They will become WJC’s first “Media Team”.

January marks the beginning of something new.  Media Talks will begin placing productions done by the students of WJC’s sixth grade classes.  So, grab a chair and take a few minutes to listen. Do leave a comment.

Did you ever wonder why we need “Bully Free” schools? 

Or what school would be like if bullies were everywhere?  Thanks to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services we can learn to appreciate safe schools; and realize why we must Stop Bullying NOW!  What do you think happened to the girl in this picture? Bullying can be a troubling thing.  So, watch the first episode of this   Anti-Bullying Series .
